Cultivation is also permitted
- Under the new law, adults can legally possess up to 25 grams of cannabis.
- Growing up to three cannabis plants is allowed within the household, with the final product not exceeding 50 grams in weight.

The law also opens the door for the establishment of so-called “cannabis clubs.” These non-profit entities will be able to distribute their own product to their members in limited quantities – up to 50 grams per person per month.

In addition to distribution, some clubs also grow cannabis and organize educational activities for responsible use.

In case they come to power, these parties threaten to repeal the new law.
