According to the Italian sports news portal Gazzetta dello Sport, Tadej Pogačar of the UAE Team Emirates has topped the list of highest-paid cyclists for 2024. With an annual salary of 6 million euros, Pogačar surpasses cycling stars like Chris Froome, Peter Sagan, and Geraint Thomas to claim the title of the highest-paid cyclist in the world.

Who is Tadej Pogačar?

Tadej Pogačar is a Slovenian cyclist who rides for the UAE Team Emirates. He is a two-time winner of the Tour de France (2020 and 2021) and also won the Vuelta a España in 2020. Pogačar is considered one of the most talented cyclists of his generation and a favorite to win many races.
